Small Inventory

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 29 April 2026

Welcome to Small Inventory! These Terms & Conditions are the agreement between you and Nexovor Technology for using the Small Inventory application (the "App"). They're written to be straightforward — but they're still a contract, so please take a few minutes to read them. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who can use the App

You'll need to be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract where you live. If you're using the App for a shop or business, please make sure you have the authority to agree to these Terms on its behalf.

2. Your account

Your account is yours, and so is the responsibility for what happens on it. Please keep your password safe, give us accurate information when you sign up, and let us know if anything looks suspicious. We may pause an account if we suspect it's been compromised — we'd rather act early than leave you exposed. Please don't share your account or pretend to be someone else.

3. Subscription and payments

Small Inventory comes with a free plan and a few paid Packages. The features, validity (in days), and price for each Package are shown clearly on the Packages screen, so you can pick the one that fits your shop best.

Payments for paid Packages flow through Razorpay Software Private Limited. When you pay, you also agree to Razorpay's terms and privacy policy. Your Package activates only after our servers confirm the payment was successful — this protects both of us.

If you're already on a plan when you buy another, the new Package waits in line and starts the moment your current plan ends, giving you continuous coverage. You can stack up to two upcoming Packages this way.

Once a Package is active, the subscription is non-refundable, except where Indian consumer law requires otherwise or where we decide, on a case-by-case basis, that a refund is the right thing to do. Failed or cancelled payments are never charged.

Prices and features may evolve over time. Any changes apply to new purchases — your active and queued Packages run their full term at the price you originally paid.

4. Keeping the platform safe and fair

Small Inventory works best when everyone uses it responsibly. To keep the experience good for all our users, please don't:

If we notice something that crosses these lines, we may need to act quickly to keep the platform safe for everyone.

5. Your data, your customers

Whatever you create inside the App — your products, orders, customer records, expenses, feedback — is yours. Full stop. To run the App for you, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, process, and back up your data. This permission lasts as long as your data is in our system, and only ever to the extent needed to provide the App.

If you store information about your customers, you act as the data controller — meaning you're the one with the relationship with them and the responsibility for their data. We process that information strictly on your instructions. You're best placed to decide what's lawful and appropriate to collect, so that side of things stays in your hands.

6. The App itself

We've put a lot of work into Small Inventory — its design, code, branding, and content all belong to Nexovor Technology or our licensors. While you use the App, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to enjoy it the way it's meant to be used. Please leave our branding and notices in place where they appear.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep Small Inventory running smoothly, every day. That said, we can't promise the App will always be available, perfectly bug-free, or completely secure — no online service can. The App is provided "as is" and "as available", and may sometimes need maintenance, updates, or temporary downtime.

We rely on excellent partners like Google Firebase and Razorpay to deliver the App. If they have an outage or change something on their end, the App may be affected — and that's outside our control.

8. If we ever need to part ways

We hope you stick around for a long time. If it ever becomes necessary, we may pause or close an account if we genuinely believe these Terms or the law have been broken, or if we need to act for safety or operational reasons. You can stop using the App at any time and close your account by writing to us.

If your account is closed, the parts of these Terms that naturally outlast it — like ownership, disclaimers, indemnity, and how disputes are resolved — continue to apply.

9. The fine print on liability

To keep things fair and predictable, we limit our liability the way most software services do:

This isn't us being unfriendly — it's the standard way to make a service like this sustainable, so we can keep building features for you over the long term.

10. If something goes wrong because of how the App is used

If a third party brings a claim against us because of how you used the App or because of data you brought into it — including your customers' personal data — we'll need you to step in and cover any reasonable costs that result, including legal fees.

11. Where these Terms live

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. If we ever need to settle a dispute through the courts, the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat will be the place to do it, subject to any consumer protection laws that say otherwise.

12. Reaching us

If anything in these Terms is unclear, or you'd like to chat about how we can help your shop, please reach out:

13. Updates to these Terms

From time to time we may refresh these Terms to keep them accurate or to reflect new features. The "Last updated" date at the top will tell you when. Material updates will appear in the App, and using Small Inventory after they take effect means you accept them.
